A Garden Wedding

We're getting ready to head out to Detroit for the Meadow Brook Concours, but I wanted to post a few of my favorite photos from Carrie & Jayson's recent wedding.

A Family's Reunion

Three generations came together for the first time since the newest addition, Vivian, was born.  The families are scattered to three different cities, on two different continents, and we were there to capture their happy reunion.

Gavin and Elliot hang out with a very proud Grandpa...

Gavin recently turned six years old and is such a cutie...

The whole crew...

Bryan and Londonne's gang...

It was an honor to witness a family history and hang with you guys for the morning!

Don't Forget the Furrier Family Members

Back in April, we made a trip out to Susan & Brent's farm.  The whole place was SO charming!!

A beautiful couple...

We managed to get the whole family together....including the three dogs and the cat!!

We couldn't forget the ponies!

I love the old wooden fence!
Thanks, guys!  We'd love to come back and photograph in the fall!!

Starring Sofia

I tend to gush when I talk about this little girl because she is one of my absolute favorite kids to work with and I was SO jazzed to shoot her again.  With her beautiful blue eyes, blonde hair and array of adorable facial expressions, she could be a child model.  But on top of that- she is SUPER sweet!  Her mom says that she has tantrums, but I don't believe it.  When she calls Susan "Mama", it melts my heart a little!  :)

Wearing the cutest little jumper I've ever seen...

Giving her mama a hug and a dandelion....

Can't wait to see you guys again!!!

Frogs, snails and puppy dog tails

4 boys could be complete chaos, but these cuties are the portrait of politeness.  And, they all have beautiful eyes and angelic smiles.  You still need a lot of energy to keep up with this family of six though.  :)

And we took some headshots for Amanda to use for her home-based business...

Thank you for sharing the day with us, Matthew, Amanda, Brandon, Aaron, Sam and Zach!!

A family affair

Carrie & Jayson, sitting in a tree...  actually, they were walking in a rose garden, but you know what I'm sayin'.  :)  We are getting excited for their rapidly approaching 4th of July wedding!!

We had a fabulously fun day with the two families that are being brought together with this marriage.  The 6 kids (yes, 6!) were great subjects!

The younger kids had so much energy!

Holly and Hannah hiding...
Thanks for a great day!  We'll see you all soon!!

Perfect in Plaid!

I have a lot of catch up to do, so I'll start with the most recent and work backward.  We are so fortunate to have been very busy lately and someday maybe I'll figure out how to find time for the blog so that you guys can keep track of us!  :)

Here is little Emily, who turned 2 recently, being adored by her parents.  They will be a family of 4 soon!!!

Emily LOVES cookies and is such a sweetheart!  I didn't want to give her back at the end of the shoot!

Little Cowboy

A couple weeks ago, we had a delightful session with little Wyatt. He is so expressive and incredibly cooperative. We could have played all day!
