Happy Halloween!

We took kids' portraits at Penton Media's annual Trick-or-Treat Day. The kids were adorable so I'll post some more later. The frames were designed by Michelle Hooper at www.hoopsdesign.com . She designed our logo and makes very cool greeting cards. Go to her for all things design-related, including invitations and announcements. :)

Happy Birthday, Addy!!

Last month, we had the pleasure of capturing Addy's first birthday. It is such a good idea to hire someone to do this for you because I remember running around during our daughter's first birthday. If one person is taking pictures, then they can't be involved in the action and if you want video, too, then neither parent is really experiencing the moments.

Grandmas got to enjoy the party, too, because they didn't have to worry about taking pictures.

I love that both Bryan and April were able to help Addy with her cake because they didn't have to worry about who was taking pictures.
